These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of insurancereviews.online (the "Site"), operated by an independent California Legal Document Assistant based in Los Angeles, California ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this site is

• An independent review and information site about insurance companies, including visitor-submitted reviews and sourced carrier facts.
• A self-help document preparation service: at your direction, we organize insurance claim materials into an evidence file.

We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier. Carrier names appear under nominative fair use for review and identification purposes only.

2. No professional advice

Content on this Site — including carrier facts, claim patterns, guides, and answers to common questions — is general information, not legal, financial, or insurance advice. Your situation may differ. For legal advice about your claim, consult a licensed California attorney. For coverage questions, consult a licensed insurance professional.

3. Visitor reviews

• Reviews must describe your own firsthand experience. By submitting, you confirm the review is yours and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Do not include policy numbers, claim numbers, medical details, children’s identifying information, or other private information in a review. Do not submit personal information about a child through reviews or case uploads. See the children’s section of our Privacy Policy.
• Every review is read by a person before publication. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, off-topic, or contain private information. Approval is not verification of the claims made in a review.
• Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not statements by us. We do not endorse any review.
• By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site.

4. Case intake services

• Document preparation is client-directed self-help under California Business & Professions Code §6400 et seq. We work at your direction; we do not select forms or legal strategies for you.
• Fees are stated before work begins: a $95 one-hour case review to start, then $95.00/hour under contract. Payment is processed by a third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• We cannot guarantee any outcome in a claim, dispute, or lawsuit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or case information.
• Upload material you have no right to share.
• Attempt to access administrative areas or another person's data.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content in bulk without permission.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, and organization are our property or used with permission. Insurance carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

7. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites (for example, carrier review pages, regulatory filings, and news sources). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Disclaimers and liability limits

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that information is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
